These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Rokon Web ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform.
Rokon AI Studio provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform for generating fashion and apparel imagery. The service requires credits to perform generations, which can be purchased via subscriptions or one-time top-ups.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. Credits purchased do not guarantee specific generation outcomes.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the high computing costs of AI image generation, we cannot offer refunds for credits used, regardless of the output quality.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the AI to generate illegal, non-consensual, highly explicit, or otherwise abusive imagery. Accounts found violating these rules will be immediately terminated without a refund.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, including payment of any applicable fees, you are granted a commercial license to use the final images generated by the Rokon AI for your business, marketing, and advertising purposes.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. We cannot guarantee that the AI will always produce the exact desired result. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Rokon AI Studio may be accessed as a third-party application within the Shopify platform. When you install and use Rokon AI Studio through Shopify, you agree that: (a) your use of the app is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and API Terms; (b) we may access store data such as product information and images necessary to provide our services; (c) billing for our services may be handled through Shopify's billing system; and (d) you may uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin panel.
We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or issues caused by the Shopify platform. Our obligations to you are limited to the AI image generation services described in these Terms.
Rokon AI Studio may be accessed as a third-party application within the Salla platform. When you install and use Rokon AI Studio through Salla, you agree that: (a) your use of the app is also subject to Salla's Terms of Service and API Terms; (b) we may access store data such as product information and images necessary to provide our services; (c) billing for our services may be handled depending on Salla's billing system; and (d) you may uninstall the app at any time through your Salla app store.
We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or issues caused by the Salla platform. Our obligations to you are limited to the AI image generation services described in these Terms.
